How do I order online?
Ordering online could not be easier! To order, please click on the product for detail, and click on the add button to place item in basket. You can review your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right hand side of any page. If you wish to amend your shopping items, you can do so very easily. When satisfied with your selection, please proceed to payment by clicking on the check out button.

How do I obtain the non-warranty service?
Please contact our Customer Service 877-847-0222 who will be more than happy to advise you.

What if a product is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep our inventory fully stocked. However, on occasion, our stock levels do run down. If this is the case, we make sure that our on-line product pages are updated regularly so you will be advised if the particular product is currently out of stock. If you happen to make an order on stock that is not currently unavailable, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement at your approval. If this is not possible, we will reimburse your payment in full.

Payment Policy
Payment is usually by credit or debit card and is taken when the order is placed. This is to protect us from card fraud. Checks are acceptable as a form of payment. Checks will be cleared before products are dispatched. TreadMasters Inc. is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ("Confirmation") to the email address you have given us on the order. The order will then be fulfilled around the estimated date set out in the Confirmation or, if the confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us to ensure your order has been accepted.

As you acknowledge all details provided for the purpose of purchasing products or services which may be offered by us on our website are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any product or service. We reserve the right to obtain validation and verification of the authenticity of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any products or services.

Shipping
Any times or dates stated on our website or confirmation emails regarding delivery are estimates only. TreadMasters Inc. will make all reasonable effort to deliver Products within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays and Orders received after 2pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working day.

While we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery is made around the delivery time advertised, you will acknowledge that actual delivery is often via third party suppliers and carriers and can therefore be beyond our control. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

In most cases, you will be contacted prior to delivery by the supplier of the particular product(s) you ordered. You will note from our product pages that we state an approximate delivery period in working days. If you have any query regarding delivery, please contact our Customer Service 877-847-0222 who will be more than happy to advise you. If the supplier needs to be contacted on your behalf, our staff can do that for you too.

Delivery will be deemed successful once the product has arrived at the address specified. No signature is required for proof of delivery, except where carriers use this for their own confirmation. Products may be left at the delivery address without the recipient's permission except where third party suppliers require signed confirmation or the recipient has expressly requested products not be delivered in their absence. Products will be deemed your responsibility once they have been received by you, your agent or the intended recipient. Any loss or damage to the products shall then be at your own risk.
In case of delivery to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business premises, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery. Should delivery be refused at the delivery address, and re-requested for another date, we may charge for the second delivery, since we met our delivery obligations with the initial attempt. It is the recipient’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Shortages must be noted on the consignment note where possible. You should notify us of the shortages within 10 days of delivery. If boxes look damaged on delivery we recommend the contents are inspected before accepting and signing the delivery note.

Privacy
We only collect personal information about our customers at the account registration stage or at the time of ordering. When you order, we use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you about the status of your order. The type of information we will collect includes:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Credit/debit card details etc.

We will never collect sensitive personal information without your explicit consent. Personal information we hold will be accurate and up to date. If you find any inaccuracies in the information you have supplied, contact us and we will amend it promptly.

Cancellations and Returns
We make every effort to provide the best customer service possible. Should anything go wrong, we will endeavor to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at info@etreadmasters.com

You may cancel your order within 10 days from the date of making the order for any reason. If you cancel your order via telephone your order will be put on hold. You must confirm your wish to cancel the order in writing via email or post within 7 working days. Your order will not be considered cancelled until notification in writing is received.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on your behalf or as your agent and be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer.

Before you request or arrange return of a product, please read the below information carefully:

You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing via email or post within 7 working days of delivery. If you are returning a Product for any reason, except damage or manufacturer defect, you must pay the costs of returning the products to us or our suppliers.

On request, we will collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund. If:

  • the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), or does not correspond with its description;
  • the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality,
  • the product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. You will not be charged for the costs of returning an unapproved substitute or defective product. If products arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note where possible and inform us within 7 working days of the delivery. If the product becomes defective soon after 7 working days have passed, TreadMasters Inc. will, at its option, repair the product, replace the product or refund you. You will not be charged for the cost of returning a defective Product.

We will not accept returns or cancellations if the product(s) have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customizing the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own. While in your possession, you must keep any product(s) you intend to return to us in good condition. Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If product(s) were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the product(s) you return are packed well, to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund given.

We may assign, transfer, innovate or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time.
We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by that version. You must check the Terms and Conditions on the website regularly.
These Terms and Conditions together with the privacy policy, any order form and payment method instructions, if any, are the whole agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this agreement in reliance upon any statement, warranty or representation made by us or any other person and you irrevocably and unconditionally waive any rights to claim damages and/or to rescind these Terms and Conditions by reason of any misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in the Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, order form and payment method instructions.

We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated to the contrary, any new features including new content shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions replace all other Terms and Conditions previously applicable to the use of our website and/or sale of the Products.

Nature of our website
Our website is a place for you to select and order sports, fitness and repair products. Our website describes the products in more detail.

Please note that our website is available only to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be over 18 years to purchase a product or service, using the payment methods displayed on our website. If you do not qualify you may not use our website.

Liability
We promise that for any product you purchase from our website:

Return Policy

Returns Overview
You may return most new items sold by BigFitness.com within 31 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. When processing your refund, shipping costs will be subtracted from the items shipped under our Shipping Included promotion.

Your return will be rejected if sent without an Return Merchandise Authorization number.
To obtain an RMA number, please complete our online RMA Form. Customer service will contact you via email within 2 business days with your return information.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery or request a UPS Electronic Return Label from us (see below).

Big Fitness reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.

We will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping costs only as the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are Not Returnable
Treadmasters does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Gloves, belts, dumbbells and plates
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Special order or custom items
  • Used commercial products
  • Products purchased more than 31 days ago
  • Gift certificates

Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
  • Any DVD, VHS tape, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

UPS Electronic Return Labels
If your order was shipped by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, you may request a UPS Electronic Return label. You will receive an email from UPS containing the instructions you need to obtain and print your label. Affix it to your repackaged item and take it to a UPS Store location or hand it to any UPS driver.

Return mailing labels are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.
Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item. This includes items shipped under our Shipping Included promotion.

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
